  1. Team billing

The team's billing account

GET
/teams/{teamId}/billing
A team the caller is not an active member of answers 404 Unknown team, exactly as one that does not exist does — on every team billing
route, before anything else is read. The role is checked next (403
capability_missing, unlock: team-role, with yourCapabilities).
plan is teams.plan, which the webhook writes and the team's quota
reads; nothing here sets it directly.
Capability: billing:read (area team).
