The platform's addresses

GET

/admin/email/addresses

Any admin: an email holder sees every address the platform answers
mail at, anyone else the ones routed to them (?mine=true narrows the
holder the same way). Each with
its label, the admins it routes to, and how many messages sit at it in
each state. Filterable by active.
