/provision/databases/{id}/query

Takes a bearer token or an api key in x-api-key. A key is issued
for one database and carries a privilege: pointing it at another
database is a 403, and a readonly key may only select.

Send exactly one of select, insert, update or delete, in the
shapes the ORM understands. The dialect compiles the statement and binds
the values; no SQL crosses this boundary in either direction.

A delete without a where is refused: it is far more often a mistake
than an intention.

Capability: data:read or data:write (area resource, on the database). Data:read for a select, data:write otherwise.
