Link the signed-in account to a team's provider

/sso/link

Signed in. How an existing account — a member's included — comes to
sign in through the team's provider: the person proves the account
first (this needs a session, which /signin gives only after the
password and the second factor), then the provider. The answer's
url is where to send the browser; the callback links the provider's
subject to this account, provided the address the provider gives is
a confirmed address on it. Refused from an assumed (staff) session.
Mailed to the account and audited (sso-linked).
