PUT

/teams/{teamId}/billing/contact

An active member whose role may read billing (billing:read), or
null for the owner. Kept on the team's Stripe customer too, so
Stripe's own receipts go to the same person. Needs a verified account.

Capability: billing:manage (area team). An active member with billing:read, or null for the owner.
