direct with userId — a colleague on one of your teams, or admin to
admin — is one conversation for the two of you, found again if it
exists. group with teamId, title and optional userIds is a
team channel; any active member may start one, and only members can
be in it. support with teamId is the team's one conversation with
the platform's support staff, every active member in it; support
alone is your own. Needs a verified address.
