Add an address

POST

/me/emails

It is not the address you sign in with until it is promoted, and it
counts for nothing — it cannot be promoted, does not reserve the
address, and is not an identity single sign-on links to — until the
six-digit code mailed to it is sent to /me/emails/{id}/verify. The
account's own address is told it was added. The account must be
verified.
