Add a platform address

POST

/admin/email/addresses

Needs email. The address has to be at the sending domain
(prod-orm.io): replies go out from it, and only a domain onboarded
onto Email Sending can be sent from. routesTo names the admins told
by mail when something arrives — each must hold the email scope,
because a nudge about a message you cannot open is no use. The
Cloudflare routing rule that delivers mail for the address to the
Worker is made by hand in the dashboard; this is what happens once it
arrives. Audited.
