Start the team paying

POST

/teams/{teamId}/billing/checkout

The same checkout an account's is — the zero-cost usage price, and
membership if wanted — on the team's own Stripe customer, made here on
first need. The webhook moves teams.plan when Stripe confirms. A
team already paying changes its plan instead (409). Needs a verified
account; a child's account cannot.

Capability: billing:manage (area team). Makes the team’s Stripe customer on first need.
