The team's domain claims and the DNS record each needs

A domain listed in the provider's domains is a claim, pending
until a TXT record at challenge.name
(_prorm-challenge.<domain>) carries challenge.value
(prorm-domain-verification=<token>) and the claim is verified; only
a verified domain admits new people or is named by discovery. Any
member (team:read).
Capability: team:read (area team).
