A guest grant

POST
/security/klock/guest
An anonymous device key gets the public capability set, with no
account and no session row — so the API itself never accepts it for an
account route. It is for the MCP Worker and for public reads such as
GET /me/capabilities. The request is signed by the key in the body,
with Authorization: Klock device=<thumbprint of devicePub>. Five per
address an hour, one per device a day.
